Yomi® Robot By Neocis
The Yomi Robot by Neocis is a revolutionary robotic system designed to guide dental surgery. Robot-assisted surgery has become the preferred method for a wide range of procedures, particularly with dental implants, because it provides precise and repeatable accuracy, allowing dentists to achieve excellent clinical outcomes. Yomi also monitors the patient throughout the process, allowing it to make instantaneous adjustments to ensure a better patient experience.
Dr. Campus specializes in dental implant procedures, and at Premier Dental Center, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that we are using only the most advanced technology available. Utilizing the Yomi system, we are able to perform implant procedures with enhanced planning techniques and heightened precision, ensuring that your beautiful new smile will last.
While Yomi is a robotic system, it’s not autonomous, and Dr. Campus is in control of the instrumentation at all times. Yomi is simply there to guide via physical feedback, on-screen alerts, and audio cues, allowing for perfect placement and absolute precision.
At Premier Dental Center, we want to provide our patients with the best, most precise form of care, and we are the only practice in the area with this technology.
Digital X-Ray
As another way to provide high-quality care for our patients, we also utilize digital x-rays. Digital x-rays are used in our office to photograph your mouth and jaw so that Dr. Campus and his team can have a better understanding of your dental needs. Digital x-rays capture images that we can see within moments of taking them, which is made possible through digital X-ray sensors instead of the older method of using photographic film. These sensors are also a much more efficient way to gain a better understanding of your smile because they reduce the possibility of human error. The digital images produced are significantly more clear, allowing us to adjust the size of the picture without compromising the integrity of the results.
3D CT Scan
We also utilize 3D CT scans, a type of imaging technology that uses many x-ray images taken from multiple angles to create a three-dimensional image of the inside of the mouth. This technology helps diagnose diseases and conditions and plan dental implant surgeries. We are proud to use this technology for its accuracy and convenience, allowing us to quickly get an accurate view of a patient’s mouth without making multiple x-ray appointments. 3D CT scans are also invaluable in planning complex implant surgeries since they provide detailed images that can be used to visualize the entire process better.
CBCT
CBCT, or Cone Beam Computed Tomography, is a more advanced form of conventional x-ray technology. Scans with the CBCT scanner involve a cone-shaped beam being moved around the patient while photographs are taken. Your teeth, bone, nerve pathways, and soft tissues are photographed in great detail and then assembled into a 3D model. This model gives us more information than ever before, allowing for more accurate treatment planning while being more comfortable for the patient.
3D Printer
For fabricating appliances in a much more timely manner, we utilize 3D printing. This allows us to fabricate a complete set of dentures quickly and accurately. The technology has revolutionized dental fabrication, reducing the fabrication time from 4-6 weeks to just 1-2 appointments. 3D printing also allows dentists to create better-fitting prosthetics more closely tailored to a patient’s needs, resulting in improved comfort and aesthetics.
In-House Lab
We also have an in-house lab, allowing us to create personalized aligners and dentures quickly and accurately. This allows us to create aligners and dentures within our office, eliminating the need to send them out for creation and reducing overall patient wait times. In-house labs also provide a reliable quality control source, as dentists have complete control over the fabrication process from start to finish.
